Your event designs

PrizeCanvas may view your design only to improve the software and to support you, and for no other purpose. We commit not to use your designs for any other purpose.

When viewing, the PrizeCanvas team only sees the design and aggregate numbers (for example the number of participants or draws). Participant lists are not shown to the team.

Participant lists

The lists you add, or that guests submit through the QR code, are used only to run draws in your own event. You can edit or delete participants at any time on the event setup page.

Your account

When you sign in with Google, PrizeCanvas stores your name, email and profile picture to identify your account.

Payments

Paid plans are processed by PayOS. PrizeCanvas never receives or stores your card details. We keep the transaction details PayOS sends us (order code, amount, time and transfer details) to reconcile payments and activate your plan.
